These are a number of short stories which I feel sum up my style and themes pretty well.
All are done in traditional pen, brush, and ink.
~ Tributary ~
Tributary is the series of short stories that progressed from Horsehead, and before I knew what was happening,
a new story cycle was clamouring to be released. A few of those loosely interconnected stories are below.
– Horse Head –
This four page minicomic is the first of the short stories which take place in the run down and destitute town of Horsehead.
– Gifts of the Kindmother –
Gifts of the Kindmother is the second story in the Tributary story cycle, which brings in one of my favorite themes, the anti-utopian fairytale
– Ravel of His Self –
Ravel and two other “interludes” gave me the chance to bring together a few scattered ideas I had for Tributary, without trying to bloat them out into longer short stories.
– father Figure –
Father Figure features the neglectful father of the Railroad Boy, whose uses every means possible to block out the presence of the world he isn’t truly a part of.
– Bestowal –
Bestowal picks up there Gifts of the Kindmother left off.
